Terence Nance's show about the beauty and ugliness of contemporary American life, Random Acts of Flyness brought together a team of animators each season to animate a creation myth. Isabelle Aspin and I were brought in under the animation direction of Danny Madden for season 1 and 2 to help bring two distinct myths to life -- one a sparkling cosmic fantasy of matriarchy, and the other a sweeping classically animated tale of a dysfunctional relationship.
We were also tapped to create supporting animated sequences throughout season two. To read more about our contributions to the show, visit the Jocelyn and Jocelyn website for more details.
